Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ask to return it to the supplier/fundraiser organizer for a full refund or an exchange. Favourable Group does not handle third party goods for sale, and all sales are organized and shipped by those conducting fundraising activities on our website. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, the fundraiser organizer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address supplied by the fundraiser you sponsored.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the fundraiser organizer will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Any issues or complaints regarding a return should first be taken up with the organizer for the fundraising round you purchased the goods from, and you should notify us immediately if a breakdown in communication occurs, as this may adversely affect the organizers ability to conduct fundraising on our website.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Items that have been opened or taken out of their original packaging.
● For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, including items purchased using discounted voucher codes.
● Items that are to be sent back are to be in their original unopened packaging.
● We do not accept refund requests for products that have been opened.
● We may attempt to exchange the item if it is proven to have been damaged prior to opening.
